Another HVAC install with no electrical considerations

What you cannot see is that the new duct work runs along the floor directly in front of these panels. The 2nd photo shows the duct work but not the panels. You get the idea.

Once again an HVAC contractor does an install with no electrical considerations at all. There are plenty of violations in these photos if you look. These are the same mistakes we find mechanical contractors making all the time due to a lack of NEC knowledge.

Dang, without sleeping on it I don't know what I'd do if I showed up to install those disconnects, a window to the left and basement Belco(?) door to the right. What would you guys do?

Pick a better location for the condensing units. That is a patio and a slider to the left.
