Adding a 480v transformer to a 208 wye subpanel . Do I need a neutral from the 208 side ? I'm thinking if I connect the neutral from 208 side and terminate the XO then my bonding conductors will make a connection with my neutral and make the excess load flow onto all the parts I have bonded making them hot? I'm very confused with these rules
