Old cloth wire type and ampacity rating?

Please find enclosed picture. What would this cloth wire insulation be, and which column would you use for ampacity.

I would think and always did TW 60 degree, but would like to confirm. Thank you

edit... this image didn't come through too well, it has the braided cloth around it (hard to pick up in this pic)

Sorry... tried redownloading to get more of the material in view... not happening..... It's old solid wire with cloth insulation.. thanks again

As Hal stated cloth covered wire was made with a rubber insulation. Although TW is a 60° C conductor it is a thermoplastic not rubber insulated.
