My name isn't McDonald, but I have a farm property in California. All of the structures burned to the ground in the fires from last year. The question is being asked just to understand the prelimiary planning. The work will be done by licensed local contractors.

The farm is served by a 200A /240 volt primary. I want to rebuild four structures, each of which will have a subpanel of the following projected sizes:

1: Barn: 40 x 80 metal building. Primarily a storage building, but ordinary workshop activities will occur and there could easily be a welder and compressor and table saw in use
by 1-2-3 people during "project" times.
2: 1200 +/- sq ft house
3: pump shack with 50 amp subpanel
4: Pool shack with 50 amp panel

Question: Assuming that all underground feeds are done in a conforming fashion, is there anything wrong with:
Barn: 200 A subpanel
House: 100 A subpanel
Pump: 50 A subpanel
Pool: 50 A subpanel

Many thanks in advance for replies. Are there any obvious questions I am *not* asking?
