    Switch/Light Wiring

Just curious as to how others would wire this? So the lights are all on one circuit. So I know you could bring the circuit/power to either the lights or to the switch but normally you would bring the power to the switch. So the F5's are controlled by one switch and the F7 by the other. So you need a separate switch leg from each switch. Would you run (2) 12/2 from each switch? Thanks.

Generally, with cables, 12-2 to switches, 12-2's to each light group, as you said.

With conduit, J-box above switches, only feed and two legs down, neutral feed through.

Your switches have a D by each S. Dimmers? Another reason for neutral at switches.

It also depends on how the rest of the job is wired; you generally match existing.

Then I would do one of what I said above, but add a neutral to the conduit.

Of course, you need a suspended ceiling to use junction boxes.
