Color of Grounded Conductors in PV Grounded System conductors in Combiner Boxes

Our client purchased black and red PV wiring for the PV Source circuits. The harnesses were premanufactured and black was identified and used as the negative conductor. From our combiner boxes to the inverters we have a solid black conductor and a black conductor with a white strip. Does article 200 reference for white to be the grounded conductor apply to PV systems? is there any other code refernce pertaining to the coloring of the PV source circuits?

Yes, white is for grounded conductors only, but most PV these days is being built with transformerless inverters which leave the DC ungrounded. In those systems, no conductors on the DC side should be white.
