    How to guarantee the operation of telecommunication systems in case of lightning strike 200ka since its grounding rods interconnected with lightning rods?

    Lightning strike with 200kA is pretty rare. A 18kA lightning strike is commonly used for design..........

    US courts have stopped considering lightning damages an act of God in the sense adequate protection could be provided.

    The US courts do not guarantee that the telecom systems will keep working, either.

    (And I'd like some citations for your assertion.)
