Having a bit of a brain fart , can I feed the under cabinet lighting in my kitchen off the SABC or do I need to run it with the lighting circuit

    Not on the SABC.

You can't but I would do it anyway if I were adding them after the kitchen is finished. Is one LED strip light going to overload the circuit?

No but when the inspector asks me to shut off the small appliance branch circuit and the under cabinet lights go off he might say something
