Why do outlet boxes specifically state that they are listed for grounding and bonding above and below 250v around concentric and eccentric knockouts in the UL book? Then you don't specifically see a description for other enclosures as listed in title stating they are listed for grounding and Bonding below 250v around concentric and eccentric knockouts.

I get mixed answers when researching and co- workers tend to have mixed interpretations?

I personally interpret that anything other than an outlet boxes have no rating for bonding and grounding above or below 250v around concentric and eccentric knockouts unless it says it on the enclosure.

I should say the reason why I would bond below 250v on concentric or eccentric knockouts is because of article 250.90.

If there is no listing you must bond around concentric KOs above 250 to ground.

If there is a listing you do not have to bond around concentric KOs.

Which listing? UL 50? UL 514?
As far as I know

For instance if I have a enclosure that says UL listed as a Circuit Breaker Enclosure; are saying that if it has concentric and /or eccentric knockouts then I wouldn't have to bond below 250v to ground?
