This would seem obvious but are metallic boxes in a wall used for cat5 cable required to be bonded? Our new office trailer came with steel wall boxes with a short (12") piece of emt stubbed through the floor for running cat5 cable. The inspector passed the installation but then he concentrated on the service not the mfr's wiring. The boxes and conduit are isolated from any ground path.
