“CEE”(Ufer) and Ground Rods

I am wrapping up a rough-in, in a different jurisdiction than I normally work and ran across a different scenario with grounding and bonding. The local POCO requires a ground rod to be driven near the meter base and the local AHJ requires the Ufer as well. What is the best way to bond the 2 together? Having a continuous run of #4 or #6 is not possible, so I was thinking 2 ground rods and #4 bare to the meter base and then bond the ufer in the first service disconnect? Kosher? I could possibly run a #4 bare through the brick and tie into the #4 from the ground rods, but not sure I can make that happen. Thoughts?

I would bring the GEC from the rods to the meter and the GEC from the CEE to the service disconnect.

One thing I didn’t mention is it is a 400 amp service with (2) disconnects. 1 wire from CEE for each disconnect?

Yes you can bring two GEC's from the CEE or bring one and tap off to the two service disconnects.
