I have no panel schedule and going to ask vendor to budget. With the info below the panel would have to be at least 400A, correct?

Since the OCPD is 400 amps the panel would need to be rated for at least 400 amps.

Given the 400A fused disconnect before the MB Panel and
no indications of a split system with 2-200A and
showing 600 MCM wire and presuming CU conductors as it is not indicated,
I would say you have a 400A Panel
