Does anyone know who makes heavy duty cable hook or hanger to support 4 #600MCM MC cables run overhead for a short distance - 30 feet?

For an MC cable that large, I would use the appropriate-sized regular EMT strut strap.

As Larry said, and I frequently use, strut straps work well. You could also use zip ties (no not the el cheapo home Depot ones, but those nice 1/2 wide big fatty heavy duty ones):
