What are the most common SPD's used for Meter Centers for a multi-family residential building?

There are so many different types available, it's overwhelming, so could I get some help in which are the most comonly used?

Thank you

Read the code section, it tells you the application for each type of surge, however, for the meter center, line side of the meter would be type 1

I only used Leviton.
I would suggest the cost is proportional to the service ampacity. The 5000 series had replaceable surge modules
For most services I used a 42000 series, if there was a step down transformer then a 32000 for the secondary.
For home use less expensive one and then surge strips and plug in SPDs for any electronics, this uses the wiring impedance to reduce the surge, same as done with a type 3
The best SPD is one that goes on the meter socket, zero lead length, not all pocos allow.
More is better, you get what you pay for, Mike Holt once said.
