Anyone make a combo NEMA 6-20 NEMA 5-20 with backwire, commercial grade ?

Leviton makes the 16292-W which is a decorator style heavy duty Commercial 5 Amp, 125/250 Volt, Back or Side Wire, NEMA 5-15R_6-15R,
receptacle.
But no 20 amp version of that.
Anyone using or know of a backwire 20A dual of this sort?

Does it have to be Decora style? I think I have the classic type in my shop and they are ivory, not white. Also not sure if it is commercial grade, but it should have been at the price I paid.

Better Decora style.
Just found Leviton 5842-I at home depot,
and a higher specification with backwire at supplyhouse.com, the Leviton 5844-I out of stock.

Not sure why Leviton bothers to make these in three grades. Nobody's using these in spec and cheap homes I assume.
