grounding propane tank

What are the grounding requirements (if any) for a buried propane tank? I have looked through the Fuel gas code, the fire code and the NEC I can't find any. Help

A buried propane tank is well grounded without any additonal consideration. There is no reason to make an electrical connection to a propane tank. You do need to check the manufacturer's installation instructions to see if sacrificial anodes are requires to be connected and buried with the tank.
