I'm a bit confused about the use of 0-10V (aka "four wire") fluorescent ballasts with dimmers like these:

http://www.leviton.com/OA_HTML/ibcG...zNgiLksQ&label=IBE&appName=IBE&minisite=10025
The 0-10V control circuit is a class 2 circuit while the switched hot circuit is class 1. How can these get installed without violating the requirements for separation of class 1 and class 2 circuits?
If anyone has experience with these types of dimmers, I'd appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks much.
