What would be the best wiring method? Have 0-10v drivers in the L3 fixtures. The ceilings are exposed slab and they want conduit run. Would you run the 0-10v wiring "free-air" not in conduit from the switch to fixture because it can't be in the same raceway as the 60v conductors? I know you don't see the circuit from the dimmer to the L3..it's the dimmer next to the ones shown. Thanks.

As long as the insulation is rated for the same voltage your good your probably running thhn for the line voltage if you use the same wire for the 0-10v control you can run it in the same conduit

nickelec is sort of right. You have to remove any reference to class II from the power supply and all wiring has to be run as class one wiring. That means the reference to class II must be marked over with a sharpie or other method on every driver. Then it is no longer class II wiring. It is class one wiring along its entire length and all wiring must then be installed in conduit. See 725.130(A) Ex No. 2 and 725.124. Lastly they can be in the same raceway and stay Class II if the comply with 725.136(I)(1). This is how luminary MC works gets its listing.
