Personally I would have set the 12x12 on grade and fed all those stubs into the backside. Would have saved at least $10 on LBs and 90?s

Yep those be them new direct burial type or No seeums. But they forgot to cover thems all the ways.

if you notice the color of the concrete it was just recently added owner must of thought it looked tacky and had it repaired..
