Do you have to support the NM-B cable within 12" of the panel. Or does the UL listing on the Dottie manufactured 1/2" box connector comply with the code That cable shall be supported with staples, straps, wire ties or other listed means.

Nonmetallic-sheathed cable shall be secured by staples, cable ties, straps, hangers, or similar fittings designed ...within 300 mm (12 in.) of every cabinet, box, or fitting.
