1 circuit - 2 fans via SPDT switch

I want to use a SPDT switch to chose between two fans so they can't be on at the same time. One circuit.
Any code issues with this?

(In this case it would be a residential range hood and a ceiling exhaust fan. The SPDT wall switch would be allow the choice but not allow them both to be on at the same time.)

No problem, so long as it's rated for the voltage, and the current & horsepower of the larger fan.

You can buy a standard-type wall switch with center-off.
