I have a 1inch hole in a cinder block foundation wall...it will have a 1/2 pvc pipe going through it. The hole will be above grade about 8 inches. It will be covered by snow, I'm sure periodically and I want to make sure over the course of time the hole will be sealed properly...
I have used hydraulic cement in the past but I'm not sure for such a small opening that's the way to go....
just expand a foam it and silicone the outside call it a day??...or is there a better product out there for weatherproofing the penetration
Thanks
