1 Service - Mult. Buildings, Main location

Project I'm working on is a large residential house with a detached guest house.

I know the Services section of the NEC allows feeding the guest house from the main house.

Question is.. can the main service entrance actually be in the guest house then feed the main house from the guest house?

Yes.
(Since the two are not attached, you can actually have a separate service to each with separate meters or a separate service to each from a common meter providing POCO allows)
