Is there anywhere in the code book that can tell me if 10/2 UF can be run in 3/4 PVC

Art. 340.10(4) states we can use UF as NM cable. Article 334.15(B) & (C) clearly allows sleeving the cable.
Chapter 9 notes to the table also infers that if you use cable in conduit you must derate based on....
