Maybe I am confused, can a equipment supplier put a 10-50p on a machine that is strictly 250v. Talking to the supplier this morning, that don’t think it s a issue.

How will you plug it in? If the branch circuit is code compliant with the proper receptacle then the plug won't fit.

I have to put in the receptacle, I just couldn’t get the supplier to understand what they sent out is really a violation. I am cutting off their chord end and replacing it with the correct one. Just wanted a little validation after my discussion with the supplier.

The supplier is a dope if they don't understand that the electrician has to follow the code.
