is 10% re-acceptance test required if program change is being made through the fire panel onscreen menu and is a check box from no to yes?? Chapter 3 NFPA does say any program change requires a 10% test. TIA

The short answer is "yes", and it's required in NFPA 72. See 10.4.1.2.1.4 in the 2007 edition where is talks about changes to the software. The max number of devices to be tested is 50.
