The regular cb is rated for 100%. You just have to multiply your continuous loads by 125% and then add 100% of the non-continuous, and as long as that value is less than the marked rating of the cb, you can put it on there. Yes you can load a 100A cb to 99A, you can even go to 100A. but 100.1A is not allowed.
