100% Rated Service Disconnecting Means NEC article?

NEC 2020 - Continuous loads
There are exceptions to the 125% factor when using 100% rated overcurrent protection for feeders (215.3) and branch circuits (210.20 (A) ) allowing 100% continuous load on the device.
I've always interpreted that to include the service disconnecting means but cannot find validation in the code. If my interpretation is correct, where is it in the code?
Or do you disagree?
(208Y/120V service, Bolt-lock fused switch, not that that matters.)
Thanks

See 230.42(A) Exception 2 for SECs.

Note that for non-SEC service conductors, there is no requirement to apply a 125% continuous load factor when selecting the ampacity.
