I have been teaching/training in my own business for almost 2 1/2 Years. This past week my test prep class took the license exam and all of the students from my class passed (including 2 inspectors). That is the first time since I started that the entire class passed.
I am proud of the hard work and extra hours they put in. Some of them are members of this forum and I want to congratulate them here :D .

Re: 100%

Something I learned early in my teaching days:

 • If a couple of students missed a question, they should have studied harder.
 • If most students missed a question, I didn't teach correctly and with enough depth.
The other side of that coin, if all of the students did well, the instructor did his job well. That includes covering the material correctly as well as motivating the students to study.

Bottom line Pierre, well done! Congratulations to you! :D
