Just a general question looking for a laboratory that can handle testing at 1000VAC 3ph, up to 600A with power factor adjustment between 0.4 and 0.5. If 600A is unavailable, I can take care of most of my baseline testing at 200A or less (0.75-0.8 pf) just to see if it's worth hitting the higher current low pf test.

Kema (DNV/GL) laboratories. Their main high power facility for the US is in Pennsylvania but they have smaller test centers around the country that can probably handle that.
