Sure you can...See 110.14(C)(1)(a)(2)

You can use the 90? rating for derating purposed (fill, ambient, etc) so long as you use the 60? rating for the final termination when required.
(6 #6s THHN in a conduit, all current carrying.. 75amps @90? x 80% = 60, but IF your termination is limted to 60? the ampacity would be 55 amps)
