You sure you don't mean 120/240, b/c if thats case, yes they do- Leviton 5842 duplex is 120/240 and 20a-(one half duplex is 5-20r and other half is 6-20r).
ETA: The rating on said device is actually not 120/240, its 125/250.
Will still (duh
) work for you though.
