Attached sketch shows incoming utility service into CT which then feeds trough which feeds three service disco: 400A fused disco, 800A fused disco and 800a main circuit breaker panelboard. Total length of trough is more than 6 feet wide. Would large equipment 110.26(c)(2) apply or not ?

110.26(c)(2) Large Equipment. For equipment rated 1200 amperes or more...

Since you have nothing rated 1200 Amps or more, I don't see how this provision could possibly apply.
