110.26 Compliance

Would this meet the requirement of 110.26 in your opinion?

My opinion is that it does not.

From that angle, my old eyes can't make that determination. It appears to me that the edge of the disconnect barely clears the unit...but if it does clear,I have no problem.

Not a fair question with the picture given.

You would have to be a real (add expletive here), I mean a really big one, to fail that based on working clearance.

Checking voltage at that disconnect is not a problem; however, replacing the contactor or control board will be, and how is someone supposed to replace the compressor with that unit so close to the wall.

disconect location doesn't bother me but when you add the 3' clear space you need to fix both.
