hmmmm. Designing a remodel and see this is the survey. It's been there since 2016. I'd kinda like to keep it there.
Yeah, it's a violation of 450.13. But is it a safety concern? Above the ceiling here is not used as a plenum.
My gut says that we should move it to the floor.

Hanging it not a problem but as stated it is prohibited above the hung ceiling if it's over 50 kva.
