if a 115 KV cable that is laid from one substation to another has a small portion of the outer layer(anticorrosion jacket) peeled off -say 10 cm in lenght at the time of excavation. what r the concequences of that cable if it is energized? and if yes then what are the methods to solve the portion that is damaged?
