115kV duct bank

I am to design a 115kV duct bank that will tap into to an existing substation and feed a substation expansion. There will be two taps, each at 115kV, 300A max each. The desire is to not use aluminum hard bus, per management.

Can anyone please provide references and input on the practicality, I am not fining much information.
