12/2/2 in a 2 gang box

If i am running a 12/2/2 wire (Which is 2 cir with 2 separate neutrals). If I put that in a 2 gang box for dish and disposal. Can I use 2 single pole arc/gfi breakers? Or do I need a 2 pole?

We usually run 14/2/2 to a duplex receptacle with a handle tie on 2 DF breakers.
