Noob here...... I have a commercial convection oven to wire that lists on the tag that the oven runs 60amp 3 phase, 120/208. I have a Fed Pioneer 3 phase panel (stablock) with lots of space left. Question is this..... Can I use a 3 pole breaker (60amp) that is listed as 240v or do I need to use a breaker that lists both 120 and 240? Stablok is getting hard to source so it would be great if I could use the 240v I already have.

Thanks for any help
