120/208V panel installing a nema l6-20 20 amp 208V outlet

I need to install a Nema L6-20 amp 208 V outlet and the only panel I have is a 120/208 V 3 phase 4 wires W/ solid neutral and ground.
How many breakers will I need for this outlet? and will the panel be able to support this breaker?
