does anyone know if a manufacture makes an in-use weatherproof cover, i can't find one, and by code
this should be enclosed.
this should be enclosed.
I think he is talking about a cord with GFCI built in.You mean like this?
I know I have seen such a critter before, and I think you maybe need to look at spa equipment dealers to have best luck finding such a thing.I thank you, i am checking on a Caldera spas 39453 gfci housing cover, to see if i need a certain box so the single
receptacle will be at the top.

I've had more than a few with that issue. We use Midwest. Not pretty but they have room. Disadvantage is wasps like the covers as well.
Pretty sure that is what I have seen before. And in that case that is what the spa dealer supplied. Kind of redundant in a way, but I didn't see I had any choice but to use a GFCI (breaker in my case) ahead of that receptacle. Here is link:

This part is a replacement GFCI housing cover for select Hot Spring hot tubs. This is a water and weather resistant cover and receptacle, meant for damp and wet surroundings.www.hottubspasupplies.com
