Is there such a panel. The websites I visited show upto 1600a, but did not specifically say that they were available in 120/208.. Thanks!

The panel doesn't care if the voltage you use it on is less than the voltage it's rated for. It's the breakers that you put into it that determines the maximum voltage. So as long as you can still bolt on the 120 rated single pole breakers, you can use it at 120/208V 3 phase 4 wire. At 1200A, you are likely only going to find that in the top-of-the-line panelboards of course. So for example with Siemens, the P4 and P5 panels are the top of their line but the only ones that go to 1200A. You can use the inexpensive BL bolt-on breakers however.

Being mostly familiar with Square D's products - you don't find QO panels with that heavy of a bus.

You find I-Line panels with heavy busing. They are typically used more so for power distribution (feeders) or heavy branch circuits and the lighter branch circuits will be fed from one of those feeder panels. Not saying you can't get a single pole 20 amp breaker for an I-Line panel, but they probably do not sell anywhere near as many as in the QO series.

Took a quick look through the NQ section of the catalog (series that accepts bolt on QO breakers) and was not finding any panels rated with over 600 amp mains.
