Well can you get a standard double duplex in more than 20A rating?

Also could someone point me to the code sections I should be looking at? Somewhere around 210 maybe?

Thanks :) I had a request to get double duplex receptacles on a 30A branch circuit. From my research it looks like thats not going to happen.

The NEMA configuration for 120V, 30A is 5-30. I have never seen this in a duplex.

If your client wants to plug standard 120V, 15 amp and 20 amp devices into a receptacles on a 30 amp circuit, you are right. That is not allowed by the code.
