120v recp@indoor ac unit

We recently had a small roof top ac unit installed over a 300sq/ft computer room.Since the unit is inside a building and not exposed to the outside, will the 120v service outlet have to be gfci protected or not?The roof of the computer room is corrugated steel decking and the walls are cinder block. Also the ac guy ran the 208v control wiring(about 20 ft) through the drop ceiling in some nm flex with no ground. We do have pleunm return ceilings in the office spaces with drop ceilings but the computer room is a sperate structure on the workroom floor.

The required receptacle outlet can be found in 210.63. Notice that it does not require GFCI. 210.8 requires GFCI's in other than dwelling units in the following: Bathrooms, rooftops, kitchens.
