15 kv cable

Are there any restrictions to laying a 15 kv cable on an asphalt roof top or any other roof top, that will be feeding a transformer?

Sure there is....for starters, you really think just laying a MV cable down is safe? What about when RTU's need maintenance? How about if you need to repair/replace the roof?

Without even getting into the actual type of cable, simply laying it on a roof is a very bad idea.
