Customer wanted some outlets. He said he didn't need the hand blower circuit in the bathroom. Whoever ran it put it on a 30amp circuit when the thing only pulls 2200 watts. So is it ok to put duplex receptacles on a 30amp circuit? Will they burn up? Thank you for your help.

They could depending on what gets plugged into them. More to the point the equipment plugged into them is not designed or listed to used on a 30 amp circuit. Internal equipment faults could result in a problem.
