150 Amp 480V Sub-feed

I was hoping to confirm that 1/0 wire was adequate for 150A sub-feed? It is my understanding anything over 100A we can reference the 75 Degree Column for THHN and THWN sizing. Is this affected by the use of a fused disconnect?
