15KV Temp Feeders

Install a temp 15kv feeder in 4" RGS w 3#2/0. it will be going 350' from an existing manhole( we need to do HV splicing because the existing feeder is being removed) to a new manhole were we will stub out 5'. Okay are there any disconnects required by code for this becuase the documents say to provide disconnects but I don't think this ONE run from mahole to manhole requires it.

Assuming this will feed a transformer.
I'd specify an oil pad mount with integral fuses and hook stick operated disconnect switch.
Fuses rating will depend on the size of the transformer.
