15kv Temporary

I'm in a powerhouse and during construction the 15 kv feeders need to be kept on.Therfore I need to run a 5" conduit about 20' around some equipment to maintain power in the complex during installation.
Question can the 15kv be installed in pvc in the plant or must you use galv. conduit? or 4" emt if it will fit?

I don't think the NEC applies here.

This is something the engineers should have had worked out long before you set foot on the premises.
