1993-2002 Code Cross Reference

From the 1993 NEC I have code 250-04, 250-05 that address neutral-ground bonding on load side equipment and 250-61B that addresses 3-pole and 4-pole generator transfer switches regarding secondary sources as opposed to newly derived sources. Does anyone know what the numbers would be in the 2002 code book?
